Terms and Conditions

Domain Terms :

 The terms of the domain name seller will be applicable. We will provide support for 1 year for the domain. After that, the client needs to handle the domain. If you need extra support, an amount will be charged. We weren’t responsible for any crimes or any illegal activities under our client’s domain.

Hosting Terms :

 The terms of the seller where we bought hosting storage will be applicable. Server downtime depends on the hosting server. We will give support for a maximum of 1 year. In the event of an issue on the site, the client should wait until we correct the error or any problem. We will clear it as soon as possible.

Webmail Terms :

 We are not liable for any unauthorised access to your email or computer. We recommend that you take a regular backup of all your mail. We recommend you use licenced software and protect your computers from virus attacks. We also recommend forwarding all of your emails to your Gmail account.

Renewal Terms :

 We are providing support for you for 1 year. After the period, the client needs to pay for the extra support. The renewal of their domain name, hosting server, and mail should be the client’s duty. But we will send the remainder to you before your plans expire.

Maintenance Terms :

 Regular updates, plug-in updates, and some feature updates will be free for those clients who have hosting on our servers. Client-side servers will be maintained at an extra cost.

Content Terms :

 All the content and images given by the client should be original, and they need to own them. We aren't responsible for any copyright issues regarding the client’s content and images. If the content for the website wasn't given by the client, then it takes more time than usual to finish the product.

Payment Terms :

  1. Once the payment is made, it will not be refunded.
  2. If the client pays for the project, it confirms their project order.
  3. Once the project is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled at any time.
  4. Domain and hosting charges should be paid in advance before the project goes live.
  5. 50% of the total payment should be paid before the start of the project as an advance.
  6. The remaining 50% of the payment should be paid before the project deployment.
  7. If there are any problems within one year, we will provide our support at no cost (excluding payment or any illegal issues).
  8. Payment for one product cannot be transferred to another.
